ITA: Con questo progetto si è cercato di mantenere il più possibile la conformazione originale dell'alloggio, senza intervenire in maniera drastica sulle murature, ma rendendo gli ambienti più ampi e fruibili.
La cucina e la zona living sono molto spaziosi e versatili. La zona notte è stata suddivisa in due parti distinte, divisione marcata dal corridoio centrale. La prima zona comprende studio, 2 camere da letto, bagno e lavanderia.
La seconda zona invece è tutta dedicata alla camera padronale: la stanza da letto è molto spaziosa, ma contiene l'essenziale senza apparire troppo "pesante". Al suo interno vi è però una grossa cabina armadio praticabile, munita anche di una seduta. Ma la parte migliore è il bagno padronale: la zona WC bidet è separata dal resto del bagno, creando una piccola zona a sè stante. La restante parte del bagno va a creare una vera e propria zona di puro relax: l'ampia doccia in muratura e vetro con seduta, la piccola ma capiente sauna e la grande apertura sul terrazzo antistante fanno in modo che all'interno della camera padronale si vada a creare una vera e propria area benessere.
La zona esterna (terrazzo) prevede un barbecue posto di fronte alla cucina per i pranzi estivi, un grosso tavolo ed una grossa panchina semicircolare che permette di sedersi e godersi il panorama. La zona di fronte alla camera padronale, come già detto è pertinenziale alla zona benessere ed è divisa dal resto del terrazzo con una piccola siepe in vaso.

The second part of the frame is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom: the bedroom is very spacious, but contains the essentials without appearing too "heavy." Inside, however, there is a large walk-in closet practicable, also equipped with a sitting. But the best part is the master bathroom: the toilet bidet area is separate from the bathroom, creating a small area in its own right. The rest of the bathroom is going to create a real pure relaxation area: the large stone shower with seat and glass, the small but spacious sauna and the grand opening on the terrace in front do so within the master bedroom You are going to create a real spa area.
The outside area (terrace) provides a barbecue place in front of the kitchen for summer lunches, a big table and a large semi-circular bench that allows you to sit and enjoy the view. The area in front of the master bedroom, as mentioned above is appurtenant to the wellness area and is divided from the rest of the terrace with a small hedge in pots.
