Good morning, i'm going to explain my project for your penthouse.
I divide the house in two zone : day zone and night zone. Both have a indipendent entrance.
The day zone is a big open space that can be use in a lot of ways.
The kitchen have a big peninsula that have sink and cooktop and here you can eat with a lot of people or prepaire food.
On the back of the peninsula there is the columns with owen and fridge.
There are also many columns at right of the peninsula.
In the rest of the open space there is a corner relax with two armchair and a big combinable sofa for watch video projector.
You can go to night zone from the mixed use area that with armchair and a big library. From here you can going into the office or to the bedrooms.
The hallway have many storage like you want.
In the night zone you can see that i have design the space based the functionality of the room.
The concept for the outdoor is simple. Not load the terrace with many pergolas or other structure; in fact i put some design furniture and a little outdoor kitchen.
The concept of my project (material and color and use of furniture) is present in my concept table.
I must search to design your house with that can you needed in base of my experience, looking for the liveable of the rooms.
