Enjoy your nice italian fast food restaurant. we assumed that it would be long like a rectangle but it will have a row of collumns in the middle, since 73 % of shops are like that. The bar part is the first thing you hit upon when coming in the pasta bar. There you can buy take-out food and leave, with no need to go deeper into the shop. There are 2 separee table for guests that come to write a novel or do homework ( they are the best customers since they are regular and boost business ). The long chair is simply a funky thing we thought would be nice. And there is a row of tables.
You can see that the kitchen part goes all the way to the bar. After planning four restourants I think this is the best way to go. This way the cook can deliver the food to the bar and you can take-away or the waiter will bring it. It is much more easy and practical. Also the drinks are at the bar area and will be provided the second the customers says his order. So he can easily wait for the pasta with a cold drink to satisfy his thirst.
Your cooks will be happy. Your waiters will be happy. And the customers will be happy, praising the practicality.
