Featuring a $23.7\text{ m}^2$ social area linked to a $22.6\text{ m}^2$ terrace, this unit prioritizes private comfort by integrating two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.Unit 02 (West Axis): Focused on spatial breadth. It features a $39.17\text{ m}^2$ day zone, ideal for those who value social life.
