The property was reconfigured to create two balanced residential units while preserving the classical identity of the building. The intervention focuses on improving functionality, spatial clarity, and overall livability.

Apartment Layout
Each apartment includes two bedrooms, a bright living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom, with carefully planned proportions and good natural light. The kitchen layout remains flexible as either open-plan or separate.

Attic Potential
The attic was treated as a flexible additional space. It can function as an independent studio or as a unit connected to one of the main apartments. The proposed layout includes a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom.

Design Approach
The concept enhances the classical character of the villa with a refined contemporary touch. Fireplaces were treated as key architectural features and integrated as focal points within the design.

Color and Atmosphere
A rich, deep color palette was selected to complement the historic architecture and introduce a subtle sense of elegance and depth.
