These four Concepts were taking into consideration during the design:
- Other than the Site Plan, Natural Habitat and Flora to be left as possible as it is.
- Pavement of the already existing dirt road (Asphalt / Concrete with cobblestone curb) from the Entrance to the Garage above. By taking the same route as the dirt road, this will allow for the reduction of costs and preservation of the trees. This is also applied to the walkway around the lake (Cobblestone pavement used).
- The Design respects the topography of the land. The Site is layered in several levels to the nearest average of the site's contours. by thus, allowing for more optimized excavation and backfilling during execution and reduction of costs.
- The landscape design and material selected is in harmony with the existing house and the site as a whole.
