My suggestion:
The living area has to be an open space , that’s why I recommend demolishing the existing wall of the kitchen, this way it is way you can enter easily from the Living room . Also I would recommend demolishing the wall dividing the hall and the living room for a more open space .
Entering directly to the living room , makes it tough to get a place to undress your coat or tie your shoe , that’s why , a mirror and wardrobe needs to be placed near the entrance .
The position of the tv set is placed such , to be watched from the sofa ,dinning area and also from the kitchen. The dinning table is placed near the kitchen so it serves as a counter as well .
Ceiling and wall decorative plaster gives the house a more romantic feeling ,so that anyone who lives in it , enjoys every moment of it.
