Una casa grande ed accogliente.
Il progetto si sviluppa su tre livelli, incentrati sui canoni dello stile classico ed elegante, dove la cura dei dettagli e la ricercatezza dei rivestimenti faranno si di rendere questa casa calda ed accogliente.
1st Piano
Ingresso
Entrando in casa , una doppia porta, ci permette un maggiore isolamento dal esterno, e ci introduce verso la prima zona della casa, l’ingresso.
Qui la posa di una parquet a spina di pesce, risalta fra l’insieme delle pareti in beige chiaro e le ricamate boiserie in gesso, semplici nei decori, ma che permettono alla casa di assumere un carattere forte ed elegante.
La scala di accesso ai piani superiori, caratterizzata sempre dalle boiserie in gesso, e rivestita con un legno Ebony ,che meglio resiste all’usura a cui è soggetta, è caratterizzata da un comodo ed utile ripostiglio/appendi abiti, in cui poter riporre i soprabiti degli ospiti in maniera ordinata.
Un parapetto in ferro battuto, con inserti in oro, e corrimano in legno Ebony, completa il disegno della scala, la quale inoltre si confronta con una spirale di sospensioni che danno vita alla doppia altezza.
Living_Cucina
Dal ingresso è poi possibile accedere al ‘area living.
Questa che da su di un portico esterno, è stata suddivisa in due macro aree, rimarcate da inserti in legno ebony all’interno del già descritto parquet a spina di pesce.
La prima è una zona giorno in cui un ‘area conversazione’ formata da un divano e due poltrone, si raccoglie intorno ad un camino, integrato in una parete attrezza.
La secondo è l’area pranzo, dove un tavolo classico con ricamati decori da ospitalità per dodici persone.
Le due aree rimarcate dagli inserti nel pavimento, si contraddistinguono anche per le controsoffittature, che variano di altezza proprio in loro corrispondenza .
Quest’ area è direttamente collegata con la cucina, caratterizzata da un isola centrale in marmo rosso ed un ampia dispensa.
2st Piano
Bedroom
Salendo le scale, veniamo accompagnati dalla cascata di lampadari, che sospesi al soffitto nella doppia altezza, danno vita ad una suggestiva ambientazione.
Si arriva cosi al secondo piano, dove la zona notte della casa, caratterizzata da due camere da letto doppie e la camera matrimoniale.
Quest’ultima è stata oggetto di maggiori attenzioni.
Infatti si presenta come un'unica camera a giorno, con il letto che funge da separatore fra la cabina armadio (completa di panca) e la zona notte vera e propria.
Qui due bagni, uno con vasca e l’altro con doccia, la completano dando tutti il confort necessario.
Le altre stanze, molto ampie, con bagno in comune, saranno poi personalizzata dai ragazzi, lasciandoli liberta espressiva.
3st Piano
Si arriva infine all’ultimo piano, la mansarda.
Qui trovano luogo il locale tecnico , una camera matrimoniale per gli ospiti, una spa finlandese, uno studio ed un area living/svago
L’Area della spa viene concepita integralmente, ciò significa che l’ambiente sarà totalmente adibito per le funzioni terapeutiche, dotata di panche e docce.
L’ulteriore camere da letto avrà un bagno autonomo e goderà di un abbaino.
Infine il living, si concepirà come un area svago, in cui saranno collocati divano, maxischermo ed area bar.
Anche questi ultimi due piani, come il primo, saranno incentrati sui colori chiari, le boiserie in gesso e vari tipi di parquet.

A big house and welcoming.
The project is spread over three levels, focusing on the canons of classic, elegant style, where attention to detail and refinement of coatings will you make this house warm and cozy.
1st Floor
Entrance
Entering the house, a double door, allows us a greater isolation from the outside, and introduces us to the first area of ​​the house, the entrance.
Here laying a herringbone parquet, stands out among all the walls in light beige and embroidered paneling plaster, simple in decor, but that allow the house to take a strong character and elegant.
The stairs to the upper floors, always characterized by paneling in plaster, and covered with a wood Ebony, which better resists wear to which it is subject, is characterized by a comfortable and useful utility room / hangers, in which to store coats of guests in an orderly manner.
A wrought-iron railing, with gold inserts, and Ebony wooden handrail, complete the design of the staircase, which also confronts a spiral of suspensions that give life to the double height.
Living_Cucina
From the entrance you can then access the 'living area.
That from this on a porch outside, it has been divided into two main areas, rimarcate from ebony wood trim inside the already described herringbone parquet.
The first is an area in which a 'waiting area' formed by a sofa and two armchairs, is gathered around a fireplace, built-in wall equip.
The second is the dining area, where a classic table with embroidered decorations from hospitality to twelve people.
The two areas rimarcate by inserts in the floor, it is also characterized by the false ceiling, which vary in height precisely in their correspondence.
Quest 'area is directly connected with the kitchen, characterized by a central island in red marble and a large pantry.

Bedroom
Climbing the stairs, we come accompanied by the cascade of chandeliers that hung from the ceiling in the double height, create a charming atmosphere.
This led to the second floor, where the sleeping area of ​​the house, features two double bedrooms and the master bedroom.
The latter has been the subject of increased attention.
It looks like a single room per day, with the bed that serves as a separator between the closet (full bench) and the bedroom itself.
Here, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, the complete giving all the necessary comfort.
The other rooms, very spacious, with shared bathroom, will then be customized by the boys, leaving them freedom of expression.
3st floor
Finally we reach the top floor, the attic.
Here are held on technical room, a bedroom for guests, a Finnish spa, a study and a living area / recreation
The area of ​​the spa is conceived in full, this means that the environment will be totally used for therapeutic functions, equipped with benches and showers.
