Il Progetto parte dal presupposto che in una ristrutturazione interna, essenziale è cogliere l’atmosfera che il committente vuole respirare e come vivranno i futuri fruitori gli spazi pensati per loro.
Per questo deve esser chiaro che anche il committente deve fare uno sforzo di immaginazione e capire che fondamentale è la suddivisione degli spazi.
Per quanto riguarda l’uso dei materiali, le finiture, i colori e il sapore che si vuol respirare, può essere raggiunta appieno solo dopo una conoscenza con l’architetto che quindi penserà il progetto come un vestito su misura per lui, capendo con la conoscenza diretta i gusti, il tipo di vita e che cosa emoziona il cliente che dovrà vivere la vita in quella casa.
Per questo abbiamo posto l’accento sul layout e come richiesto il progetto ruota attorno all’ambiente che per il cliente è fondamentale, il soggiorno. A partire da questo si sviluppano tutti gli altri ambienti.
La cucina, annessa ma indipendente, con delle chiusure a scorrere che permettono di volta in volta di decidere se chiudersi o far parte del soggiorno stesso .
La zona notte che per accedervi bisogna attraversare un ambiente “cuscinetto” a doppia altezza dove trova posto la scala. Nello specifico la zona notte, ha un assetto chiaro quasi simmetrico con un corridoio di distribuzione che taglia longitudinalmente la casa.
Dalla scala si accede al primo piano dove si trovano, una camera per l’ospite e una piccola palestra attrezzata, che trova sfogo in una terrazza creata all’interno della falda principale del tetto (terrazza a tasca).
In questa fase preliminare è difficile stabilire un budget preciso che venga rispettato in fase d’esecuzione dell’opera.
La nostra proposta prevede tanti spunti non espressamente richiesti dal cliente, e che concorrono a conferire al progetto un’atmosfera particolare, ma che anche escludendoli non pregiudicano le risposte alle esigenze dello stesso cliente. Stiamo parlando sostanzialmente del restyling dell’esterno.
