Renovating your apartment is based on your expectations and on several basic criteria that you give the impression of space and freedom.
According to your tastes I turned to a simple and clean design, or layout is organized
in several segments:
You part: living rooms "or spaces are optimized bullpen.
Different solutions are made through ingenious systems as
sliding doors with locks or sliding partition.
I chose the door located opposite the elevator, to develop large spaces more
appreciable at reception or meal among friends.
You have an entry with the presence of a small dressing room for umbrellas, jackets or other
accessories.
The entrance is distinguished by a glass wall that will bring you all the necessary brightness.
a glass door there is even built to go directly into the living room.
This articulates well the lounge and large corner sofa that fits thanks to the glass wall.
Facing the sofa is a large TV and storage furniture with sober colors
and some more marked green.
I'm green central to the design of your apartment. The colors and
materials are simple to give any substance to the green.
Elegantly, I am choosing to use this color on furniture, such as chairs
Mobitec pronounced with this green, well it plays on the room volumes.
A large kitchen while taking the length of the wall, so you have lots of storage
for all the kitchen accessories.
I also play on volumes by lowering part of the ceiling which thus involve
kitchen to the rest of the pieces.
A marble table for the daily meal that incorporates reading space, relaxation facing the windows, with the presence of a large library and a corner fireplace with ethanol.
Facing the windows you will find the office which is a transitional piece between the living space and reception at small space.
Having no window, tinted glass walls advantage of daylight and nobody sees that happening. It would be equipped with a lock for closing the room.
Then you have a corridor leading individual toilets, essential for receptions.
Then Daisy's room, with a desk, wardrobe and bed with a library
overlooking the terrace.
facing the room you will find a small laundry room involving washing and tumble dryer, with several storage shelves for detergents, towels or linens. Before this closet is the retractable ironing board.
You will then find the bathroom for your children with a shower and two sinks and a storage furniture, bidets, and can install a towel.
Down the hall to the left is the Beatrice bedroom with dressing room, library, office and bed
On the other side is a room with a large dressing room. A niche is created to integrate storage of each side (books, papers, DVDs) and leather headboards.
The color of this niche is the dove gray.
The wall facing your bed can hold a TV.
In the bathroom space is maximized to incorporate all your wishes. A glass wall just create a large walk-in shower. 1400/950.
