Nel progetto che presento ho deciso di mantenere inalterati le due camere da letto e il bagno esistenti nel “trilocale”; considerando che le dimensioni di questi locali permettono un uso funzionale senza rinunciare a nulla, con questa scelta è possibile risparmiare qualche “risorsa” ulteriore da destinare alle scelte dell’arredo e delle finiture.
Ho scelto di utilizzare l’ingresso del “bilocale” che si apre su un’ampia zona living (con televisore e camino) che si affaccia sul terrazzo posto a sud attrezzato anch’esso con dei divanetti da esterno. La zona pranzo è invece tutta posizionata nell’attuale soggiorno del “trilocale”: un ampio tavolo, un mobile porta tv (integrabile con una libreria a muro se dovesse servire) e una credenza compongono questa area che si “affaccia” sull’altro terrazzo posto a est in cui è ricavata una zona pranzo all’aperto.
La cucina è spaziosa (lunghezza totale 5 metri) e si può isolare dalla zona pranzo mediante due ampie porte scorrevoli; nella cucina è ricavato anche lo spazio per un comodo tavolo per pranzi e cene quotidiane mentre nelle occasioni più importanti il tavolo della cucina diventa un ulteriore piano di lavoro che integra quelli esistenti e le sedie “spariscono” impacchettandosi nella nicchia posta tra pilastro e porte scorrevoli.
La camera matrimoniale è posta tra le due zone giorno ed è associata al bagno padronale caratterizzato da una grande doccia con pareti in vetro. Il bagno di servizio è stato collocato nel disimpegno e serve le camere da letto delle vostre figlie e qui è stato previsto un mobile lavanderia completo di lavatrice e asciugatrice impilate. La postazione studio è ricavata a fianco della zona divani racchiuso da una parete e da una porta in vetro acidato; questo spazio potrebbe risultare utile anche per la vostra cagnolina Lola.
Riguardo le armadiature, oltre all’armadio di ingresso, nel progetto sono previsti 4 metri di armadio in camera matrimoniale, 1,5 metri nel disimpegno e 5 metri nelle due camerette (2,5 metri ciascuna).
Sono stati previsti dei ribassamenti nella zona ingresso e nel disimpegno che consentono il passaggio e la distribuzione dell’aria condizionata nei vari locali.

ENGLISH VERSION
In the project that I present, I decided to keep unchanged the existing bedrooms and bathroom in the "trilocale"; as the size of these rooms allow a functional use, with this choice you can save some "resource" to be used to additional furnishing choices and to finishings.
I chose to use the entrance to the "bilocale" which opens onto a large living area (with TV and fireplace) overlooking the terrace placed to south also equipped with outdoor sofas. The dining area is all positioned in the current living room of the "trilocale": a large table, a TV cabinet (which could be integrated with a wall library) and a dresser make up this area that "looks" on the terrace placed to east with an outdoor dining area.
The kitchen is spacious (total length 5 meters) and can be isolated from the dining area with two large sliding doors; in the kitchen there is also a space for a comfortable table for daily lunch and dinner, while in the most important occasions the kitchen table becomes an additional work plan that integrates the existing ones and the chairs "disappear" folded in a niche located between the pillar and the sliding doors .
The master bedroom is located between the living and dining areas and it is associated with the master bathroom with a large shower with glass walls. The service bathroom is placed in the hallway and it serves your daughters' bedrooms, and here there is a laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer. You can find the studio to the left of the sofa area enclosed by a wall and by a frosted glass door; this space could also be useful for your dog Lola.
About the wardrobes, in addition to the entrance cabinet , in the project there are a 4 meters wardrobe in the master bedroom, a 1.5 meters wardrobe in the hallway and two 2,5 meters wardrobes in each of the two bedrooms
False ceilings have been provided in the entrance area and in the hallway to allow the passage and distribution of air-conditioning in all rooms.
