Dear client, the objective was to design a luxurious and modern apartment with an industrial look, taking advantage of the initial spatial project that you have in order to save time and money to be able to focus efforts on interior architecture design.
The traditional kitchen is eliminated to be able to configure a large open space (living-kitchen-dining) without interior walls to accentuate the spatial amplitude.
In this new fully integrated space, the kitchen and dining area move to the back so that they are not the first spaces that you get when entering the apartment, and rather it is the living room that welcomes you when you enter the social area.
A wooden paneling is designed that functions as the background of the TV area and that serves to hide the door of the Open Space and the storage; and it is combined with a large wooden cabinet throughout the social area that contains the kitchen, the pantry and a bar.
This large wooden cabinet has folding doors that allow you to discover or hide the section of the kitchen in order to give a uniform reading to the space as if it were a large wooden panel and thus provide a feeling of spaciousness, luxury and elegance to the apartment.
The island has a double function, it can be part of the kitchen when you are cooking or it can be used to meet for drinks with friends, so it is equipped with a sink so that it works independent of the kitchen area.
A kitchen is added on the terrace, near the dining room table in the living room, so that when the glass doors are opened the spaces are integrated and thus enjoy grills or meals outdoors and given the integration of the social area, even enjoy watching sports games at the same time.
The same cement floor finish is used for the entire level, in this way the reading of spatial amplitude is accentuated and together with the back wall and the concrete tile they provide the industrial look that you are looking for for the apartment.
The level of the bedrooms remains with the original distribution, wooden floors are used to provide warmth, except in the bathroom that is in the hallway, the laundry room and an area of the master bathroom that uses porcelain floors since they are humid areas and its concrete appearance contributes to the industrial look.
Both the stairs and the columns are left in concrete, the frames in black metal profiles, which combined with the wood and the large-format size of the furniture, achieve a modern, luxurious image with an industrial look.

Gentile cliente, l'obiettivo era quello di progettare un appartamento lussuoso e moderno con un aspetto industriale, sfruttando il progetto spaziale iniziale che hai per risparmiare tempo e denaro per poter concentrare gli sforzi sul design dell'architettura d'interni.
La cucina tradizionale viene eliminata per poter configurare un grande open space (soggiorno-cucina-pranzo) senza pareti interne per accentuare l'ampiezza spaziale.
In questo nuovo spazio completamente integrato, la cucina e la zona pranzo si spostano sul retro in modo che non siano i primi spazi che si ottengono entrando nell'appartamento, ma piuttosto è il soggiorno che ti accoglie quando entri nell'area sociale.
Viene progettata una boiserie in legno che funge da sfondo alla zona TV e che serve a nascondere la porta dell'Open Space e il contenitore; ed è abbinato ad un grande mobile in legno in tutta l'area sociale che contiene la cucina, la dispensa e un bar.
Questo grande mobile in legno ha ante a ribalta che permettono di scoprire o nascondere la sezione della cucina in modo da dare una lettura uniforme allo spazio come se fosse un grande pannello in legno e dare così una sensazione di spaziosità, lusso ed eleganza all'ambiente. appartamento.
L'isola ha una doppia funzione, può essere parte della cucina quando si cucina o può essere utilizzata per incontrarsi per un drink con gli amici, quindi è dotata di un lavello in modo che funzioni indipendentemente dalla zona cucina.

Il livello delle camere da letto rimane con la distribuzione originale, i pavimenti in legno sono utilizzati per fornire calore, tranne nel bagno che si trova nel corridoio, la lavanderia e una zona del bagno padronale che utilizza pavimenti in gres porcellanato poiché sono zone umide e il suo aspetto concreto contribuisce all'aspetto industriale.
Sia le scale che le colonne sono lasciate in cemento, i telai in profili di metallo nero, che combinati con il legno e le dimensioni di grande formato dei mobili, realizzano un'immagine moderna e lussuosa con un aspetto industriale.
