La realizzazione del progetto ha lo scopo di creare un design intrecciato tra industriale e moderno con materiali lussuosi, marmo in legno o texture con motivi decorativi. Il piano terra avrà uno spazio soggiorno aperto con un salotto e una zona pranzo separati da una parete del camino ad etanolo che sarà montato in parte a pavimento e in parte a soffitto per lasciare il centro trasparente. La cucina sarà a sinistra dell'ingresso e sarà integrata con l'armadio d'ingresso e sarà presente un'isola di cottura con panche per la colazione. Verrà creata una toilette nell'angolo tra il soggiorno e la cucina. La toilette è progettata per essere ariosa e leggera. Il piano superiore avrà 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. La camera più grande avrà un armadio grande quanto l'intera parete, un letto matrimoniale con schermo TV. La camera avrà anche un salotto con divano diviso in 2 parti. I bagni avranno pavimenti in piastrelle grigie e canali in pietra bianca, le pareti saranno rivestite con resina di design in cemento, i lati delle docce saranno rivestiti con piastrelle.

The ground floor will have an open living room space with a lounge and a dining area separated by a fireplace wall with ethanol which will be mounted partly on the floor and partly on the ceiling to leave the center transparent. The kitchen will be to the left of the entrance and will be integrated with the entrance cupboard and there will be a cooking island with benches for breakfast. A toilet will be created in the corner between the living room and the kitchen. The toilet is designed to be airy and light. The upper floor will have 2 bedrooms with double beds. The larger room will have a closet as large as the entire wall area, a matrimonial bed with a TV screen. The room will also have a lounge with a sofa divided into 2 parts. The bathrooms will have gray tiled floors and white stone channels, the walls will be covered with concrete design resin, the sides of the showers will be covered with tiles.
