Open Space Vista Mare: Soggiorno con Cucina e Integrazione Terrazza/Pergola

This project was conceived to create a calm and immersive living experience by the sea, where natural light, panoramic views, and outdoor living become the primary drivers of the design. The spatial organization establishes a seamless connection between interior spaces and expansive terraces, dissolving the boundary between architecture and nature.
A restrained palette of natural materials, warm neutral tones, and clean architectural forms creates a timeless atmosphere inspired by the simplicity of coastal living. Large openings maximize daylight and frame uninterrupted views of the sea, allowing the surrounding landscape to become an integral part of everyday life.
Despite its compact footprint, the design prioritizes spatial generosity, functional efficiency, and visual continuity. Every design decision aims to achieve simplicity, comfort, and a strong sense of place, resulting in a contemporary coastal retreat that encourages a slower, more meaningful way of living.
