I tried my best to design your living area according to your instructions and desires, and I hope I managed to do so.
First of all, I took the liberty to lengthen your kitchen area from 290 to 300cm. The reason is that all kitchen manufacturers use modular measures on their products, and 300cm meet those measures a lot better than 290cm. I believe that shortening your walk-in closet by 10cm would not be harmful.
You expressed a wish to have a kitchen island with 5 stools. So, since these 5 stools would take up a lot of space in the kitchen area and make it crowded, I suggested stackable stools, which you can stack one onto another, when you are not using them. This way you can have that many stools without compromising functionality of the kitchen space.
Although, the emphasis was on the kitchen, I also gave you some ideas considering furniture and lighting pieces for the living and dining area. They would really fit nicely into this space, but If you find them too expensive, you do not have to use them of course. All of the furniture pieces are industrial products.
Since you were explicit about the colors that you like, I used mostly neutral colors such as: white, beige, gray, brown. Wood texture on the kitchen units and TV shelf, and concrete texture on kitchen worktops and coffee table bring a rustic feel to the space.
And finally, since I don't think that any floor cover would fit better than the one you already have, I suggest finding some tiling as similar as possible to your exquisite marble tiles.
