Residenziale - Appartamento
Dear client,
The objectives of this design were:
β’ A suitable place for a heat pump boiler that has specific and restrictive requirements:
It takes air from the room and requires either to be in a larger room or to be open to a larger room or to be connected to the outside through pipes.
Also, this water heater makes noise, so it should be moved away or soundproofed.
It requires drainage because it makes condensate.
β’ functional and pleasant open space
β’ bedroom of 14m2
Proposal 1:
Open space has a linear kitchen with an 80x180 counter, which can be a regular table that is also an additional flat surface or a real fixed counter with several dining chairs.
The boiler is located in the laundry room, which is connected to the kitchen/open space, and can take air from the entire space through the door ( louver door)
The bedroom has more than 14m2, a bathroom next to it, a walk-in wardrobe, the back of which is free for you to put TV in the room if you want it.
Proposal 2:
Open space is identical to the first proposal.
The boiler is located in the storage room, which has an open door to the corridor, which is very long and has 12.62 m. It takes air from there and makes less noise towards other more important rooms.
The boiler room is an anteroom next to the toilet, which I suggest instead of a second bathroom. The boiler is hidden behind a perforated partition.
There is a laundry room next to the kitchen.
The bedroom is more than 14m2 and has no bathroom.
Suggestion number 3:
The open space is the largest and has a kitchen with a counter and a dining table.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a water heatar.
The bedroom is not 14m2, but 11.9m2, which probably makes this variant unfeasible according to Italian law.
In all 3 variants of the position of the water heater, the wall facing the bedroom should be soundproofed.
