This proposal is about changing the living area and making the private quarters better. The goal is to turn the layout into a modern living space that flows well.
Key Design Interventions:
* Open-Concept Living: We removed the walls between the kitchen, main room and part of the hallway to create an open space. This lets in natural light and makes it easier to socialize. We also added a kitchen island in the middle.
* En-suite Master Bedroom: We redesigned the bedroom so it has its own private bathroom (Bagno 1). This makes the bedroom more private and convenient.
* Secondary Technical Bathroom: We added a bathroom (Bagno 2) with a special water heater that uses less energy and is more cost-effective.
* High-Fidelity Visualization: We are showing the project using 2D CAD plans and 3D pictures that look real. These pictures show materials, like hardwood floors, marble surfaces and optimized spaces.
