The interior of this apartment was designed in contemporary style as required, with modern and minimalistic features, and the furnitures were chosen from low priced furniture stores for the smaller apartment and medium-high priced furniture stores for the bigger one.

The project consists in dividing the existing apartment into two new ones: the first apartment dedicated to the owners, approximately 70 sqm, and the second one, approximately 40 sqm, for rental.

In the first apartment, there has been developed 2 variants. In both cases, the living area is positioned near the fireplace and the kitchen at the opposite side. In the first solution, has been added another bathroom in order to increase the comfort and functionality of the house. Thus, the size of the master bedroom has been reduced and has been added a wardrobe. Also, in this case, the living area is a bit smaller due to the modifcations but it’s still at good size. In the second solution, there is only a bathroom and this exploitation gives more space to the rest of the house: the living area and the master bedroom are bigger.

In the second apartment, the bathroom has been reduced to the minimum standard in order to give to the living area more space.
