The apartment is divided into three different units. First one, the biggest, is approximately 54 sq.m, the second is around 19 sq.m and the third 28 sq.m. The goal was to make as few constructional changes as possible, keep bathrooms where they are originally and try organize three separate and functional units. Every apartment kept direct connection to the garden.
First apartment consist of entrance, storage room, spacious kitchen with dining area that connects to the garden, living area that is also visually connected to dining thus giving the impression of wider space. Bedroom is spacious with double bed, wardrobe and drawers/ shelves. Sofa bed in the living room is also extendable and allows for another person to sleep.
The second and the smallest is suitable for one person or young couple. Convertible sofa bed for day and night fits nicely into a given space. Table with bar stools doesn't occupy a lot of space and is a nice detail, also very practical being connected to the kitchen. There is enough room for smaller wardrobe closet between the kitchen and the bathroom as well as in the entrance area as a partition between entrance door and the living space.
Third apartment is slightly bigger than the previous one. The entrance wall, if moved for approx. 90 cm, gives enough space for a separate bedroom with smaller double bed (140 x 200 cm) and wardrobe.
Basement could be organized as shared space, laundry etc. as it is accessible from the shared courtyard.
