The project considers the restoration and the design of a new layout of the plan.
As the request of the Client, the floor is raised 15 cm to see the view of Broadway and to have an hydrothermal system that replace the old existing radiators under the windows.
In front of the elevators there will be the Front Office with a long desk where customers are received.
Once received they will be accompanied in the Customers Lounge with an amazing view of the City.
The area of the Front Office and the Customer Lounge is still at the current height (under 15 cm).
A small ramp will lead staff and customers to the office area where there will be an open space with desks for employees and Manager Offices and two Conference Rooms.
On the South side of the building there will be an area dedicated to personnel with a Kitchen and a space for Dining and a Relax Area.
