We are very happy to participate in your contest. Our goal was to reconstruct and improve the current state of the design. We designed a wardrobe in the living room and continued it with a decorative ceiling in the direction of the bathroom wall. We replaced the current fireplace with a TV wall with a modern bioethanol fireplace and a bookshelf. We turned the current entrance room into a bathroom. We designed the kitchen cabinets to have the most storage space and also provided a four-person dining table in the kitchen. We dedicated the lower part of the stairs to a warehouse or technical room.
We renovated the current bathroom on the first floor. We assumed the small room with access to the terrace was a double room with a wardrobe and dressing table. We allocated a larger room to the children's room and provided two bunk beds. We renovated the current locker room, allocating part of it to the children's wardrobe and study table, and part to the laundry and storage.
We proposed two designs for the tree house. A plan as a complete house with all the facilities that provide the possibility of a full life and a plan with a smaller area in which we considered only the child's closet and table. In both designs of the tree house, we considered the terrace around the house in such a way that to use the full view around the house, to see the four sides of the house.
We chose a combination of light and neutral colors with a combination of light natural wood.
