As soon as you enter the apartment, you are greeted with a generous vestibule which contains a large shoe cabinet, a coat wardrobe and a bench for wearing / changing shoes. Afterward there is a main access hallway that connects the kitchen, living / dining area and the working space. At the side of this corridor, I have placed a display cabinet where you can exhibit your statue or artwork like in the reference image presented.
The working space is not very big, but enough to contain up to 187 x 60 cm desk. This is already very comfortable for PC computer, printer and other working appliances.
Finally, the living area is an open space containing conversation area with TV and multimedia cabinet, side by side with a dining table which can host 6-8 people. And in the corner you can create a comfortable nook for relaxing while reading or doing any hobby activities.
Or you can use this space for closet / small storage room if you need one.
