Thank you for this great project. I've attached my design, which divides the plot into 11 lots, each with an average area of ​​460 m2. Some are larger. I then subdivided them into 8 houses, combining half of the lots with one whole lot. Some were left unattached because they were already wide enough.

I created two house options: one for flat land and one for sloping land. I hope you like my design. Thank you.
