Il progetto che ho sviluppato per il vostro nuovo appartamento tenta di dare risposta alle vostre esigenze seguendo le interessanti immagini di riferimento fornite ed immaginando una spesa che rientrasse nel budget indicato.
Per quanto riguarda la disposizione planimetrica degli ambienti (tavole n.1,2) ho optato per lasciare invariata la posizione di soggiorno e cucina, ampliando il varco di collegamento tra i due ambienti fino a 2,20m, in modo da ottenere uno spazio più aperto, come da voi richiesto. Vorrei sottolineare che tale scelta è giustificata dal fatto che sia a livello strutturale sia a livello economico è sempre preferibile ampliare un varco esistente piuttosto che crearne un altro in un’altra muratura portante (come ipotizzato nel disegno “how it could be”).
Nella soluzione proposta l’area del soggiorno è idealmente divisa in due parti.
Una più raccolta ed intima, posta in adiacenza al disimpegno di ingresso, ed arredata dall’inserimento di un termocamino a parete di nuova installazione (lo scarico fumi sfrutta il cavedio esistente); una più aperta, posta in affaccio sulla cucina/pranzo, arredata con un confortevole divano, due lampade da terra ed un controsoffitto leggermente ribassato che crea un piacevole gioco di luci (tavole n.4,5,6)
Sullo stesso lato nord dell’appartamento, avanzando nel disimpegno centrale, è stato ricavato il bagnetto/lavanderia (con spazio per lavatrice e asciugatrice, tavola n.10) e la cameretta singola, arredata, come richiesto, con letto, armadio e scrivania.
Sul fronte opposto dell’appartamento, in affaccio sul cortile interno, sono posti la camera da letto matrimoniale, il bagno/spa ad uso esclusivo e il guardaroba/cabina armadio.
Nella camera da letto è stato creato un rialzo del piano di calpestio per movimentare l’ambiente e creare un’immagine suggestiva all’ingresso, con il letto in posizione dominante (tavola n.7).
Il collegamento con il bagno e con il guardaroba è realizzato attraverso 2 piccole aperture da realizzare nel setto murario esistente. Il bagno con doccia doppia è stato pensato in stile mediterraneo, con finitura omogenea (pavimento e pareti), colore caldo, forme morbide e nicchie ricavate nelle strutture di cartongesso (tavole n.8,9).
Completa il progetto il guardaroba, accessibile sia dal disimpegno che dalla camera matrimoniale, che può contenere un ampio armadio a muro di lunghezza fino a 3,15m.
E’ stato mantenuto il controsoffitto h. 2,40m nel disimpegno.
Per quanto riguarda gli arredi (tavola n.3) ho cercato di proporre soluzioni in linea con gli obbiettivi preposti, in modo da creare un ambiente elegante e moderno, con l’utilizzo di oggetti anche di design, facendo però attenzione a non far lievitare le spese.
Tutti i rapporti aeroilluminanti delle stanze sono verificati secondo la normativa vigente.

Dear owners,
The project for your new apartment try to respond to your needs following the interesting reference images and imagining costs within the budget.
For the plan disposition I opted to leave unchanged the position of the living room and kitchen, widening the gap between the two rooms up to 2.20 m, in order to obtain a more open space, as you requested.
This choice is justified by the fact that both structural both economically is always preferable to widen an existent opening rather than create a new on.
In the proposed solution the area of the living room is ideally divided into two parts.
A more cozy and intimate, located adjacent to the hallway entrance, and furnished by the insertion of a new fireplace; a more open one, located in overlooking the kitchen / dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two floor lamps and a slightly lowered ceiling that creates a nice light and shade effects
On the same north side of the apartment, there is a bath / laundry room (with space for washing machine and dryer) and the single bedroom.
On the other side of the apartment, there are the master bedroom, the bathroom / spa for the exclusive use and the closet.
In the bedroom i thought to create a rise in the floor in order to improve the image of the space.
The connection to the bathroom and the closet is made through two small openings to be made in the existing dividing wall. The shower room is designed in a Mediterranean style, with homogeneous touch (floor and walls), warm color, smooth shape and niches in the plasterboard’ structures.
The closet, which can contain a large wardrobe in length up to 3,15m, is accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom.
For the furniture I tried to propose solutions in line with the aims of the project, in order to create an elegant and modern style, with the use of –also- design objects, taking care not to drive up the costs.
All the law standards are verified.
