La richiesta del cliente era quella di creare una divisione tra le funzioni del suo openspace, creando così degli ambienti più definiti e meglio distribuiti.
La mia soluzione si suddivide in tre proposte.
La prima proposta non si discosta molto dalla pianta originaria.
Ho creato una zona ingresso separata dalla zona pranzo attraverso una semplice parete in cartongesso rivestita da boiserie verticale, moderna minimalista, questo tipo di finitura la si ritrova anche in parte nella parete del divano.
Dietro questa ho pensato di inserire un mobile espositore retroilluminato, della stessa essenza del legno usato per la cucina e per la boiserie.
Di fronte la parete divisoria ho pensato di inserire lo stesso tipo di lavorazione ma con una dimensione ridotta, per creare proprio la funzione di ingresso, con un effetto “vedo-non-vedo”.
Lungo la parete finestrata accanto all’ingresso, ho pensato di prolungare il piano di appoggio, creando una seduta con la stessa essenza del legno usato per la boiserie, e la possibilità di avere dei cassettoni contenitori nascosti, qui viene collocata anche la tv.

La proposta 2 rappresenta una variante della precedente. Ho creato un ingresso più definito, in quanto ho inserito sul lato destro (quello che divide l’ingresso dalla sala) un guarda-roba e una piccola aiuola composta da assi di legno, mentre sul lato opposto (quello che separa l’ingresso dalla zona pranzo) una parete semi chiusa, composta da un setto di cartongesso nella parte centrale, che ospita un piano di appoggio, e un’alternanza di assi di legno nella parte iniziale, che crea un effetto di “vedo-non-vedo” con la cucina e dona luce all’entrata, così non si ha l’effetto di un corridoio angusto.
La disposizione del soggiorno viene lasciata come nella soluzione precedente, inserendo sempre la seduta in legno che funge da porta-tv e da contenitore. Il divano viene avanzato e sulla parete viene inserita una libreria moderna e dalle tonalità chiare.
Il piano forte prende un ruolo più importante, perché lo colloco davanti la grande vetrata, così da prendere tutta l’attenzione che merita appena si entra nella stanza.
La proposta 3 è un’ulteriore evoluzione della seconda. A mio avviso rappresenta quella più sensata. La differenza con la precedente è rappresentata dall’eliminazione dell’aiuola, con l’inserimento del piano di appoggio, e dalla disposizione delle funzioni nel soggiorno.
La tv viene spostata nel lato opposto, ed inserita nella grande libreria a tutta parete, difronte ad essa si trova il divano, dietro il divano viene collocato il pianoforte e inserita una piccola stazione smartworking, che segue la boiserie dell’entrata e ha un piano di lavoro estraibile all’occorrenza.

Per problemi gestionale non sono riuscita a presentare dei render esplicativi, ma ho ritenuto di dover presentare ugualmente le mie proposte per rispetto al cliente, anche se non sarà l’idea vincitrice sono comunque delle soluzioni estremamente valide.

The client's request was to create a division between the functions of its open space, thus creating more defined and better distributed environments.
My solution is divided into three proposals.
The first proposal does not differ much from the original plan.
I created an entrance area separated from the dining area through a simple plasterboard wall covered with vertical boiserie, modern minimalist, this type of finish is also partly found in the wall of the sofa.
Behind this I thought of inserting a backlit display cabinet, of the same essence of the wood used for the kitchen and for the boiserie.
In front of the partition wall I thought of inserting the same type of processing but with a reduced size, to create the input function, with a "see-not-see" effect.
Along the windowed wall next to the entrance, I thought of extending the support surface, creating a seat with the same essence of the wood used for the boiserie, and the possibility of having hidden storage drawers, here is also placed the TV.
Proposal 2 is a variant of the previous one. I created a more defined entrance, as I inserted on the right side (the one that divides the entrance from the room) a stuff-guard and a small flowerbed composed of wooden planks, while on the opposite side (the one that separates the entrance from the dining area) a semi-closed wall, composed of a plasterboard septum in the central part, which houses a support surface, and an alternation of wooden planks in the initial part, which creates a "see-not-see" effect with the kitchen and gives light to the entrance, so you do not have the effect of a narrow corridor.
The layout of the living room is left as in the previous solution, always inserting the wooden seat that serves as a TV stand and container. The sofa is advanced and a modern bookcase with light shades is inserted on the wall.
The piano takes a more important role, because I place it in front of the large window, so as to take all the attention it deserves as soon as you enter the room.

Proposal 3 is a further evolution of the second. In my opinion, it is the most sensible one. The difference with the previous one is represented by the elimination of the flowerbed, with the insertion of the support surface, and the arrangement of the functions in the living room.
The TV is moved to the opposite side, and inserted in the large full-wall bookcase, in front of it is the sofa, behind the sofa the piano is placed and a small smartworking station is inserted, which follows the boiserie of the entrance and has a removable work surface if necessary.
