I offer you a proposal for the Interior design of one Villa / Commercial Building project (New Villa) .
One villa model of the different villas that will be built in your project is designed as required, with a total area of about 100 square meters as a maximum,
The proposed villa contains three levels, where the third level represents half of the allocated land area (50%), with the establishment of a commercial space and an adjacent bathroom.
A modern and basic style was used with a large panoramic window overlooking the valley, with a balcony as well as the use of wood on the roof.
The villa contains a living area and a large dining area with a secluded kitchen that allows for breakfast, a guest bathroom, and a room dedicated to washing inside the bathroom, separated by a secret door, so that the laundry room is blocked from the users of the bathroom.
As for the second floor, it contains a sleeping area with three rooms, an en-suite bathroom for one of them, and another bathroom serving the other two rooms, one of the rooms is double and the other two are single.
As for the third and last floor, it contains a spacious area to serve the parents, as it includes a large double bedroom with its own bathroom, with a room for changing clothes, and a living and breakfast area.
Outside there is a parking area and a garden area with a small pool or jacuzzi always in front towards the valley and exposed to the sun.
Light colors were used for a modern and modern style in terms of internal and external graphics that are represented in the interface.
The residential façade was connected to the commercial façade by a street of 2 meters wide to achieve sufficient privacy for the residents of the villa. In addition, it is possible to reach both the residential and commercial building with separate itineraries to increase the achievement of privacy. The model can be used to design the rest of the spaces offered, whether residential or commercial.
