We designed a modern and sophisticated façade, featuring details in wood, stone, glass, and concrete. The house has a total built area of 199.4 sqm and incorporates all the interior and exterior spaces specified by the client in their requirements.

The main entrance is conceived as a double-height space surrounded by vegetation and natural light, creating a sense of openness and welcome. Both the main living room and dining area also feature double-height ceilings, reinforcing the spaciousness of the design.

Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen, which can be enclosed to provide greater privacy when needed. The residence includes three parking spaces, with direct access into the house without passing through the main entrance. This circulation connects directly to the patio and, at the same time, to the pantry.

The BBQ area and outdoor dining space are covered by the upper floor slab, creating a protected and comfortable outdoor environment. At the rear of the house are the swimming pool, a hydromassage pool, and a small storage room.

Upon reaching the upper floor, near the staircase, there are two double-height voids: one measuring 20.90 sqm and the other 2.05 sqm. From these spaces, it is possible to look down into the ground-floor living room and toward the entrance, strengthening the visual connection between both levels.

A corridor adjacent to this void leads to three bedrooms. Two of them, intended for the children, share a bathroom. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. This floor also features a study equipped with two workstations.
