It was sought to explore with more interesting layouts of the apartments using the same square meters but generating interior patios.
A mirror of water was placed on the parking lot, which already involves a slab, on which the sky will be reflected and create a microclimate that joins the pool in the center, finishing off with the best view of the land.
The pedestrian access is a concrete element that finely cuts the topography and as it emerges from the ground it ends in the body of water and viewpoint of the project.
