Dear customer: The following project was carried out in order to fulfill as much as possible with your requirements, as well as respecting local regulations and requirements.

Concept.
Our main designing goal was to separate the ground floor from the other floors. Firstly we did that by separating the entrances. The upper floors are going inside from the front facade and the ground floor entrance is from the back facade. By separating the entrances we divided the ground floor garden design.

Garden design.
To have a larger and useful garden we detached the building. We have put the ramp on The most unuseful place where we detached the house. The main entrance is been connected directly from the street.

Main floor garden relation.
The main floor and the garden has been fully transparent from the back and left facade of the building. By putting the living area on the 3 sided facade we have opened a panoramic view. The study room has been also opened from the back facade and has a open view. On the front- left corner we have put a 2M X 2M shelter and on the left facade we’ve only opened windows for the main floor because we have wanted it to be an independent place fort he main floor. The backyard garden has been functionalized acording to the main principles that left backside is for children and vegetable etc. And right backside is for the pool and sitting (relaxing) area.

Upper floor design.
The main idea for the upper floors are that the Living Room has the main street view and the sleeping rooms have the backyard view. We have designed 2 floor plans each can be used.

Facade design.
We used 3 main facade material.
1-Dividing al the rooms with Black constructional concrete.
2-Every space has a different wood-glass relationships.
3.We have used stone to divide entrances with a vertical axle.

Main floor: 237 m2 (without balcony and deck)
1./2./3. floor: 241 x3: 723 m2 (without balcony)
Roof: 80 m (without terrace)
