Serverplan è una società di hosting e cloud che opera nel mondo web dal 2002 con due sedi in Italia. Grazie alla continua crescita si è deciso di ampliare una delle due sedi da 200 a 400 mq. Sulla prima parte di 200mq realizzata da pochi anni non vorremmo apportare modifiche sostanziali, attualmente l’azienda è divisa in :
Openspace 13 postazioni (ambiente dove vengono aggiunte maggiormente delle persone)
Ufficio con 4 postazioni
Ufficio direzionale
Ufficio 3 postazioni
Ufficio direzionale
Sala riunioni
Un bagno

Con il nuovo ampliamento vorremmo disporre di:
Ambiente 1 Tecnico:
1) Openspace: per almeno 20-24 postazioni (per operatori telefonici e pc)
2) 1 ufficio per 5/6 persone
3) 1 ufficio per 4 persone
4) 1 ufficio dirigenziale

Ambiente 2 Marketing
5) 1 ufficio per 4 persone
6) 1 ufficio per 4 persone
7) 1 ufficio dirigenziale

Varie:
8) Sala riunioni
9) Sala relax (biliardino, ping pong, divani e sedie, tavolini)
10) Sala snack con cucina e distributore bevande
Punto 8 e punto 9 possono essere realizzati anche in un unico ambiente
10) un nuovo bagno con separazione uomo donna
Entrambi gli immobili sono comunicanti tra loro tramite due ampi terrazzi che verranno chiusi e daranno vita a una nuova stanza.
Il nuovo immobile può essere completamente demolito e ricostruito
Il colore prevalente dell’azienda è l’arancione
Il nuovo immobile dovrà avere uno stile di continuità con il precedente ma ci piacerebbe avere il corridoio che collega i due uffici e l’area relax con dei murales
Le pareti divisorie degli uffici saranno tutte in vetro

Serverplan is an hosting and cloud company that operates in the web world since 2002 with two offices in Italy.
Thanks to the continuous growth it was decided to expand one of the two locations from 200 to 400 mq. On the first part realized few years ago we don’t want to make substantial changes. Currently the company is divided into:
Openspace with 13 stations (room where more people are added)
1 office for 4 people
1 management office
1 office for 3 people
1 management office

With the new expansion we would like to have:

N.B. relax room and snack room can also be made in a single room

Both buildings are communicating with each other through two large terraces that will be closed and will give life to a new room.
The new building can be completely demolished and rebuilt
The company's predominant color is orange
The new building should have a style of continuity with the previous one but we would like to have the corridor that connects the two offices and the relaxation area with murals
The office partitions will all be made of glass
