I tried to do my own design with the least displacement in the existing walls.

According to your plan to keep the floor and ceiling fixed, I tried to neutralize the simplicity of the floor and ceiling by painting the walls.
Using natural materials and warm colors, I tried to create a sense of dynamism and a sense of a natural working environment.
In the entrance area, I used wooden wall coverings and a green wall to create a natural and warm environment.
I put the office of the work teams on one side and planned one of the meeting rooms in that part.
I placed the small meeting rooms and the group work room on one side and near the manager's room so that the managers can also participate in the joint work meetings of the teams if necessary.
I assumed the location of the toilets to be fixed and imagined them near the offices and away from the meeting and management rooms.
I placed the kitchen near the toilets so that it would be cheaper to install water and drainage pipes if necessary.
We placed the kitchen between the management area and offices so that it is easily accessible from all areas.
I did the design in such a way that all the main and management rooms have windows and ventilation to the outside.
Due to the low budget predicted by you, I assumed a significant part of the existing situation unchanged, but as a suggestion, you can replace the doors of the rooms with glass doors to provide natural light for the corridors.
