We designed a house with modern mass and modern designs.
While positioning the house, attention was paid to the 5 meter pull rule, the electrical box on the side and the north position.
In the northern part of the house, spaces that will be used less are designed and there are no windows on this facade.
The house is located close to the front road. In this way, the backyard remained larger.
On the ground floor, a warehouse, bathroom, study room, laundry room, kitchen and living room are designed.
The living room is designed as two floors high, connected to the kitchen and the garden.
The kitchen is fully connected to the garden.
Warehouse and laundry room can be opened to the garage. In this way, you can enter the house from the laundry room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is designed like a suite. It is also connected to the garden thanks to the balcony.
In the garden, a semi-open garage is designed. The garden kitchen is designed in accordance with the design of the house and useful.
While positioning the pool, both home and garden kitchens were considered. You will have the visual of the pool when you are sitting in the living room of the house, when you leave your room on the upper floor, when you are eating in the garden or while you are spending time in any part of the house facing the back.
In general, we made an original design for you with modern lines, fully meeting your usage needs, having a very high relationship with the garden, and having different solutions.
