Thank you for the opportunity of designing your future home.
The house was designed in two floors in order to maximize the garden, separate private bedroom from living area and also if you will make future enhancements you could have the chance.
Due to close neighbors on both sides right and left of the site (north –south orientation) especially I considering the left side where the electrical cabin is that the house views are mostly orientated to the front and back of the site. Though natural lighting is important so, windows are situated in all façades, but on the south and north these windows don´t allow views inside the house.
On the ground floor on the left all the service area was situated. An internal garden and the stairs are design to separate the entrance from the integral kitchen-dining-living area. This integrated space has the living room with double height and the best natural light.
The gallery and outdoor living dining area is thought as an extension of the interior, with a roof covered barbecue area and bar table, and pergola for the living area.
The swimming pool is attached to the gallery in order for privacy and to continue this inside out connection. The swimming pool end with an infinite edge and to the side a wooden deck for a relax sun bath area.
On the first floor, you arrive through an open stairs which was design as a feature within the house. Two bedrooms face the east side and share a bathroom while the master bedroom access by the double height looks into the garden; it includes a walk-in dressing room and an ensuite bathroom. And a balcony is a chance for a relax moment watching the garden and swimming pool area.
The materials were kept simple, white walls, wood for panels, and black for windows and other details. Floors are made of micro cement.
