The main task was to set the living aeria into one, compact space and to emphasise entrance into living zone. Sleeping aeria in quite separated and distinguished from other part of the apartment. “Water block” had to be in one zone in order to keep installations zone in one place. The main entrance - hallway is wide and spacious. s The living room is partly oriented to the South-West, partly to the North-West, which is one of the main advantages of this concept. Kitchen is spacious, with large worktop and with the island - snack - worktop. Wardrobe - pantry, near the bathrooms can be used for various proposes. It can be very useful for storage all appliances, cleaning accessories etc. Current organization of the apartment is used at the most. This concept requires demolition couple of thin walls, and creating the new openings at main, thick walls.
