New loft

The project concept consists of creating a modern open concept living space with a mezzanine level, allowing for an open view of the courtyard with a Mediterranean fountain, through a full curtain wall. Accessible through two doors, one connecting to the existing building and the other to the patio, the design promotes convenience and seamless flow. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a kitchenette with dining table and a separate study area, visually separated from the living room by a wall library bookshelf. Additionally, a large walk-in closet, accessible by a sliding door, provides ample storage space. The mezzanine level includes a cozy bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom and a comfortable sitting area that overlooks the view of the courtyard, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation or leisure activities.
