"The initial premises of the project, set at the beginning of the competition, were exceeded with the feedback received, according to the words of the client himself. Obviously, this new possibility allowed for a much richer final project and product. I simply chose to work on this variant, which allows for the relocation of the kitchen to the area with access and expansion to the terrace. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a vestibule), and a spacious living kitchen area were achieved, enabling comfortable social activities. It is proposed to install bunk beds in the bedrooms, as there is more than sufficient height, providing an additional benefit for the tenant. To prevent major disruptions, the lighting installation for the new living kitchen area is planned on cable tray systems, which also support the luminaires. The project is straightforward; I hope you like it. Another idea: Simply replace the desks with another bunk bed and dedicate the property to B&B Hostel rental, a highly sought-after theme in major cities."
