We are very happy to participate in your contest.
According to your request, we designed the house with one floor and a mezzanine above the kitchen. This will reduce construction costs while using more of the current land.
We placed the kitchen, living room and dining room in the south of the house. We also provided a terrace for outdoor dining on the south side and accessed it from the kitchen and living room.
We placed the fireplace and TV table between the dining area and the living room to both protect these two spaces and make the heat of the fireplace accessible in both areas.
We shared the study room and the guest bedroom and placed a wall folding bed for the guest to use.
We foresaw a door in the middle of the corridor and used it to divide the house into two sections, private and public.
We have a private bathroom and a public bathroom.
We placed the physiotherapy room at the end of the house and planned for the two doors, one inside the house and the other outside.
At the end of the corridor of the house, we have placed a door for your access to the end of the garden.
At the end of the garden we envisioned an outdoor living area with barbecue and pool.
On the mezzanine we envisioned a study area and a small living room with three windows overlooking the three sides of the garden.
We predicted the roof of the mezzanine part in such a way that it would be possible to install a solar panel.
