la soluzione architettonica da noi proposta prevede l'estensione della residenza su due livelli, la zona giorno al piano terra e la zona notte al piano superiore, al fine di soddisfare i requisiti minimi richiesti e rispettare le normative del PUG.

Per la cucina abbiamo previsto un'ampia isola con lavabo e area per la preparazione e consumo delle pietanze, illuminata da un lucernario per l'accesso della luce naturale. Nella cucina, inoltre, e' presente un'ampia superficie vetrata delle porte scorrevoli di accesso al giardino, permettendo un dialogo e fruizione diretta con gli spazi esterni dell'abitazione.
Si propone l'uso della pietra leccese nei rivestimenti di parte dei prospetti esterni e nelle pavimentazioni delle superfici esterne del giardino.

For the kitchen we have provided a large island with sink and area for the preparation and consumption of food, lit by a skylight for the access of natural light. In this way the work plans are constantly illuminated during daylight hours. For the night we used a recessed lighting system in the ceiling around the skylight.
In the kitchen there is a large sliding doors in glass that give access to the garden, allowing a dialogue and direct use with the outdoor spaces of the house.
We propose the use of local stone in the linings of the part of external walls and flooring of the external surfaces of the garden.
