The objective of the design was to modify as little as possible the existing plant since its walls are load for the roof structure.
It is planned a living room connected to the dining room and kitchen: these areas also share a fireplace.
Two complete rooms were planned, one of them with complete bathroom. The third room is of mixed use since it would work in the mezzanine that is proposed to construct, besides being a serious bedroom area used as study and space to be.
