ground floor

the staircase
we designed the stairs by using wood and glass as materials and we added indirect light under each step. in addition to the landscape space underneath the stairs to make it unique with a soft touch.

the kitchen
we designed the lower and upper cabinets to be suitable as a storage space and we furnished it well as we cared about the working space we added the bar as an extra option and we used wood and marble as materials.

dining area
we used a modern dining table. we designed the fireplace wall with different materials like wood and marble. we widened all the windows to let more light enter the space to make it more bright.

living area
we used the U-shaped sofa to be suitable for gatherings and we designed the tv wall by using wood and marble as materials and the indirect lighting to make the design more attractive.
beside the living area, we placed the gym zone and the design consists of mirrors and wooden panels in addition to a screen to watch the exercises.

we placed the storage at a perfect location and it is suitable to store a lot of stuff as it is divided into cabinets. beside these cabinets, we placed a cozy corner to be used as a workshop.
and also there was the laundry that has a washer, dryer, and cabinets to store washing products.


1st-floor
master bedroom
we depend on making this space your cozy royal space we used panels on walls with a simple design and the perfect lighting with a wooden floor. we designed a relaxing space as a small living area. in addition to a large dressing room with enough wardrobes with a perfect centerpiece and makeup station.
and also the room has its own private bathroom.

boy’s bedroom
has a modern design behind the bed we designed it by using wood panels with indirect light. and we placed a dressing room not just a wardrobe.

girl’s bedroom
we divided it to be 2 levels, at the upper one we placed the bed to be the sleeping space, and on the lower one is designed to be a dressing room and a living area

and for your kids, we designed their private bathroom.

and that was the brief about the 1st proposal that differs from the 2nd proposal. the 2nd proposal has a living room on the 1st floor and a kitchenette that you can use in your private time and you shouldn’t go downstairs.
