The design that I propose for the "New Home / New Life" contest consists of a very functional and cozy space, which meets all the client's requirements.
On the ground floor, I changed the main access door and the secondary access door for sliding glass doors, which are wider, allowing natural light to enter and at the same time visually connecting the interior space with the exterior. Upon entering the house, the first thing that is observed is a large living room, in which there is an L-shaped sofa and two armchairs, in front is the fireplace. Next to the living room is the entertainment room, which has a sofa and long cabinet.
The kitchen and dining room are in the same space. The kitchen cabinet is L-shaped and in the middle of it there is a circular table for four people, here you can eat breakfast.
To the front of the kitchen is the largest dining table which has 8 chairs.
The first floor is made up of 3 bedrooms, there are two bathrooms, one that is part of the main room and has a dressing room. The other bathroom is shared by the two rooms and is accessed through the corridor.
The girl's room was designed the way she wanted it.
The design style of the house is Scandinavian, a neutral color palette is used in which gray predominates, there is a lot of wood in light tones.
The floor is polished cement.
