The project I produced for you is inspired by two key concepts: harmony with nature and conviviality.
The partition of the apartment has to make you and your friends feel comfortable and positive, in this perspective the fruition of natural light as much as possible is a key element.
The essence of my idea comes from the possibility to link the living room in physical and conceptual manner, open the wall of the kitchen, as you like, and make small adjustments with specific furniture, in order to reach a good level of livability and functionality.
First of all it will be necessary to change the living room door with a new crystal door, in order to have more light in the hall, that will be part of the living room together to the hallway. This target could be possible with two three simple actions; install a bookcase in the living room along the partition wall with the bedroom.
This bookcase can be part hanging and part on the floor, and continues outside the living room over the wall till to arrive in the hall, in order to have a sort of continuity physical and conceptual.
Behind the bookcase in the hall will be possible to put a small desk where you can work when you are at home.When the sliding crystal door will be open, there won’t be any visual interruption and the hall and the living room will be connected in a sort of continuity. A walk that goes from the main entrance, through the hall and living room, till to arrive to the garden. “A route of light and culture”...

In this perspective minimum changes are required for the kitchen wich will be part of this concept simply opening the partition wall with the hallway and installing a homemade kitchen table with a shelf over the lower wall..

In the main bedroom it will be important to choose functional, essential and compact furnitureThe idea for the guests bedroom is to install a homemade raised floor where it will be possible to put on a mattress and touse the space beneath to insert big drawers with wheels, a little stair on the right will be used to go up.
The project doesn't require important construction works, but a little demolition in the kitchen and the changing of the living room doors, the remaining will be possible to obtain with furniture and some homemade elements like raised floor in the guests bedroom and the shelf in the kitchen.
