Il concept di progetto nasce da tre punti fondamentali: idea, luce e spazio.
Analizzando le richieste e i bisogni della committente si è proceduto con l'idea di progetto e per ridurre al minimo i costi, si è cercato di produrre un disegno quanto meno invasivo possibile.
All'ingresso è stato creato un ampio open space ed è stata spostata la zona Kitchen, è stato disegnato su misura uno snack (volontà della committente di avere una penisola o isola dove poter fare colazione o pranzo velocemente) che funge sia da elemento estetico che funzionale.
La cucina è composta da piano cottura , lavabo con lavastoviglie annessa e dispensa con annesso frigo, inoltre, è stato disegnato sempre su misura un piano lavoro.
La zona notte prevede due camere matrimoniali: una con il bagno di servizio e un'altra che all'occorrenza può essere utilizzata per gli ospiti.
Infine, il bagno "padronale" non è stato spostato ma ampliato per consentire di collocare una doccia a filo pavimento.
Come già detto sopra ho cercato di ridurre al minimo i costi, infatti, come si può notare dal progetto ho lasciato pressochè invariati i vani finestra, spostandoli, solo di alcuni centimetri.
Per quanto riguarda gli arredi ho scelto elementi molto moderni e lineari che meglio conciliano con l'età della giovane committente.
Per il pavimento, ho scelto un gres porcellanato effetto legno che bene contrasta la quasi totalità di bianco degli ambienti.

At the entrance to a large open space has been created and has been moved to the Kitchen area, was designed to measure a snack (the will of the buyer to have a peninsula or island where you can have breakfast or quick lunch) which acts both as an aesthetic element that functional.
The kitchen consists of cooker, sink with adjoining dishwasher and pantry with adjoining refrigerator also was always drawn to measure a work plan.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one with bathroom and another which if necessary can be used for guests.
Finally, the bathroom "master" has not moved but expanded to allow you to place a floor-level shower.
As already said above I have tried to minimize the costs, in fact, as can be noted from the project I left almost unchanged the window compartments, moving them, only a few centimeters.
As for the furniture I chose very modern and linear elements which best combining with the age of the young buyer.
For the floor, I chose a porcelain tile wood look that contrasts well almost all white environments.
