Dear customer, to design your house, I divided the space into living and sleeping area, as required. First I want to clarify that I have not changed the layout and the size of the windows, because reading your needs, I think it is an unnecessary expense.
The living area consists of living room and kitchen that I have not divided: I created an open space, but if necessary the kitchen is also separated by a transparent system with sliding doors. I also sketched a terrace project because it seems very spacious and it would be nice furnish it as if it were an extension of the living space.
The sleeping area, separated by a hallway, is divided into three rooms. The bedroom is complemented by a large wardrobe and a make-up area. The guest room is equipped with a chest of drawers and a sofa bed.
The bathroom consists of a spacious shower in a niche that hides the area with health care; it is complemented by the washbasin and a heated towel rails.
As for the furniture, materials and finishes, I read that you'd save money. As a reference for the furniture, so I took the furniture of Mondo Convenienza and Ikea, but of course it is only a reference. I used the same colors in every room to have a uniform décor.
The floor is porcelain tile planks of wood effect, a cheaper option of parquet but still quality.

Gentile committente, nel progettare la sua casa ho suddiviso lo spazio in zona giorno e zona notte, come richiesto. Innanzitutto voglio precisare che non ho modificato la disposizione né le dimensioni delle finestre, perché leggendo le sue esigenze, credo che sia un'inutile spesa.
La zona giorno è composta da soggiorno e cucina che non ho diviso: ho creato un open space, ma all'occorrenza la cucina è anche separabile tramite un sistema trasparente ad ante scorrevoli. Inoltre ho abbozzato un progetto del terrazzo perché mi sembra molto spazioso e sarebbe bello arredarlo come se fosse un prolungamento del soggiorno.
La zona notte, separata con un disimpegno, è articolata in tre ambienti. La camera da letto è completata da un armadio capiente e da una zona per il trucco. La stanza per gli ospiti è fornita di una cassettiera e un divano letto.
Il bagno consiste in una spaziosa doccia in nicchia che nasconde la zona con i sanitari; è completato dal mobile lavabo e dal termoarredo.
Per quanto riguarda i mobili, i materiali e le finiture, ho letto che le piacerebbe risparmiare. Come riferimento per gli arredi, ho quindi preso i mobili di Mondo Convenienza ed Ikea, ma naturalmente è solo un riferimento. Ho utilizzato gli stessi colori in ogni stanza per avere un arredamento omogeneo.
Il pavimento è in listoni di grès porcellanato effetto legno, una soluzione più economica del parquet ma comunque di qualità.
