Gentile cliente, al fine di soddisfare le sue richieste si è proceduto alla progettazione di due spazi abitativi.
Al piano primo, l'appartamento con nuovo accesso indipendente, posto sul prospetto SUD, è composto da ampio open space composto da cucina abitabile e una zona living dalla quale è possibile accedere al nuovo terrazzo, posto sul prospetto Sud-Ovest di circa 17 metri quadrati. L'appartamento continua con un piccolo disimpegno dal quale si accede alla camera padronale di 18.70 mq, ad una seconda camera da letto di 13.80 mq ed al bagno di 6.20 mq. Dallo stesso disimpegno è stata predisposta, come da richiesta, una scala interna a chiocciola a pianta quadrata che consente l'accesso all'appartamento posto al piano di nuova realizzazione. Tale disposizione permette di configurare l'intero immobile sia come due appartamenti separati, sia come un'unica soluzione abitativa.
Al secondo piano, di nuova realizzazione, è stata progettata un'unità abitativa con accesso indipendente garantito da un prolungamento dell'esistente ballatoio. L'unità prevede uno spazio flessibile composto da un open space di 24 mq con zona living e zona notte, un bagno interno di 4,20 mq ed un terrazzo di 54 mq con esposizione sud-ovest.
La copertura è di tipo in legno ad una falda con rivestimento in coppi e tegole.
Si è cercato di trovare una soluzione che permettesse di preservare la maggior parte della struttura esistente, al fine di contenere i costi, l'integrità con il contesto esistente ed eventuali tempi di realizzazione.

Dear customer, in order to meet your requests we proceeded to the design of two living spaces.
On the first floor, the apartment with new independent access, located on the SOUTH elevation, is composed by a large open space consisting of kitchen and a living area from which you can access the new 17 square meters terrace, located on the southwest side. The apartment continues with a small hallway which leads to the master bedroom of 18.70 sqm, a second bedroom of 13.80 sqm and the bathroom of 6.20 sqm. The same hallway has been arranged, as per request, an internal square plan spiral staircase that allows access to the apartment on the new floor. This arrangement allows you to configure the entire property both as two separate apartments, both as a single housing solution.
On the second floor, newly built, a housing unit has been designed with independent access guaranteed by an extension of the existing balcony. The unit includes a flexible open space of 24 sqm with living area and sleeping area, an internal bathroom of 4.20 sqm and a terrace of 54 sqm with south-west exposure.
The roofing is wood type single-pitched.
An attempt was made to find a solution that would allow most of the existing structure to be preserved, in order to contain costs, integrity with the existing context and construction times.
