Descrizione Progetto

As requested by the client, the heart of the design revolves around the swimming pool, which serves as the central axis of the project. Most of the social areas are organized around it, encouraging interaction and collective enjoyment.

Among the standout features is a large table that seats 16 or more guests—ideal for social and family gatherings. This table is located under a wooden-roofed gazebo near the pool, offering shade and comfort while maintaining a direct connection with the surrounding landscape. Nearby, there is a barbecue area equipped with a wood-fired oven, enhancing the outdoor cooking experience. Adjacent to this, an L-shaped sofa built on-site is designed to comfortably accommodate a large number of people. Close to the sofa is a bar, reinforcing this zone as the main gathering and entertainment hub.

The infinity-edge pool, made of resin, is surrounded by sun loungers and several round tables that complete the outdoor ambiance. Additionally, two restrooms—one for men and one for women—are located near the pool, along with three outdoor showers for added convenience. During the winter, the pool can be covered with a sliding enclosure, allowing it to be used year-round.

Close to the main house, a second gazebo has been created, covered with a pergola structure and furnished with a large table that seats 18 guests—providing yet another space for gathering, dining, or enjoying the outdoors in a shaded and elegant setting.

Access to the property is through a pergola-covered path, adorned with bougainvillea and lush vegetation. Benches have been integrated along the route for moments of rest. The paving of these pathways is made of volcanic stone, which will not retain heat, as most of the surface is shaded either by pergolas or by the surrounding vegetation.

The parking area is strategically located near the entrance to avoid disrupting the natural environment and consists of six vehicle spaces. Its surface is made of stabilized gravel, which blends harmoniously with the landscape while ensuring durability and permeability.

From the parking lot, a winding path also leads to the pool area. Lined with colorful and fragrant vegetation, this path offers an immersive, relaxing, and stimulating sensory experience.

On the grassy lawn, spaces have been designated for yoga practice, resting, swinging, or simply lounging in a hammock.

The interior of the house has been furnished in a simple and functional way, featuring a sofa bed, a six-seat dining table, an artificial fireplace, and a TV console—prioritizing comfort without overcrowding the space.
