Dear client, Thank you for the opportunity. I am excited to present my proposal design, tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Here are some notes which may help you to understand my design better:
- First & Second floor plan in DWG file weren't accurate, So I use just ground floor as reference.
- My idea for the facade is to remove wooden part on upper floor and replace it with same brick on ground floor to unify whole building. In this case you can have better isolation system too. Also I think it'd be really better if you can make the brick's color a bit warmer.
- For adding a touch of nature to the facade, I suggest use wood panels (Thermowood) on below and above windows and other openings. It makes great colors composition with cream bricks, dark metals and greenery around building.
- If it's possible, change roof tile's color into dark grey.
- I have located 3 terraces in the yards, Two upstairs for dinning and barbeque and another one on downstairs. You can include the tree in downstairs pergola or add fireplace instead of it.
- Studio terraces changed as your wish.
- As I'm not familiar with German companies, I've suggest just material kinds, I'm sure you can find the best manufacturer brand easily yourself.
- I've uploaded lighting plan and floor plan with dimensions in DWG file.
