I am pleased to present to you the finalized design for the building comprising four apartments, meticulously crafted to meet your specific requirements and desires. For all the planning process i am delighted to inform you that each aspect you highlighted has been carefully incorporated into the design.
Included in the design is a basement featuring garages, providing convenient parking solutions. On the ground floor, three commercial space have been seamlessly integrated, alongside a secluded atrium, fostering a tranquil ambiance.
Each subsequent floor hosts residential units, meticulously crafted to maximize comfort and functionality. Notably, the first floor showcases apartments with three bedrooms, and a second example offers a variation with two apartments, one with a bedroom and the other with two.
The second and third floors contain one apartment each with three bedrooms
Furthermore, the attic space beneath the roof has been ingeniously utilized, offering additional functionality. A swimming pool and a rooftop garden, exclusively accessible only from the third floor, provides a serene oasis.
All the spaces of the apartments contain natural ventilation in addition to WC.
The orientation of the apartment spaces is:
1. Living Room / Dining Space / Kitchen - East and South
2. Bedrooms - South and West
3. Bathroom - South
*Vertical communication (stairs / elevator) are oriented from the north since that side cannot offer openings (windows) because the neighboring building is next to it*
-The project fulfills all the construction conditions in the respective area, the square meters of each floor, as well as the space dedicated to the sidewalk.-
