New Building layout

As what the owner's brief says the ground floor not to be modified, so we submit the relayout for the typical floor, the 3rd floor, and the 4th floor.
The concept for the modified floor described as follow :
1. Typical Floor
What we did first we change the common corridor access with lift and stairs to be more efficient so the real estate of the corridor from previous layout we could include into the apartment unit area. Unit App 4, we made to have larger indoor area with 2 bedroom ( master bedroom and shared bedroom ), 2 bathroom ( 1 dedicated for master bedroom ), a wic in the master bedroom, a laundry room at bedrooms corridor, and open layout for kitchen-dining-living room. Unit App 4 have larger real estate for indoor area that the Unit App 5 because they have less balcony area than the App 5 unit. Regarding the App 5 unit the room division also the same with the Unit App 4 but with larger balcony area and with no laundry room.
2. 3rd Floor
The concept we made the bedroom have less negative room so the room area could be more versatile and wide. We made a modification on the stairs desain so we could put the laundry room and half bathroom under the stairs area. We have 3 bedrooms ( master bedroom, 2 shared bedroom), master bedroom with dedicated bathroom and wic, open living-ktichen-dining room area.
3. 4th floor
We add the kitchen and bar area and let the rest of the room open to be more versatile to the function the owner want to have in the future.
