Notes to easily understand the project:
- All the images submitted are numbered on the bottom right and have the size of the paper on the bottom left.
- I recommend downloading the PDF file uploaded called "package" and check everything from the PDF. The file has the correct order and best image quality.
- The units appear in the drawings are in millimeters.
- The order of the pages will go from design concept to master planning, architectural planning, and elevation design.

Design Idea:

The module is made of two apartments that are divided vertically on the ground floor and horizontally on the first floor. The massing allows for all the apartments to have the best view with wide terraces and a private garden for each apartment. To understand the concept in-depth, please refer to the concept diagram and drawings.

The total building has eight apartments, with each having private parking, the area of each apartment is 80 sqm. The design is flexible, and the apartments can be made smaller or enlarged. Also, the module can be repeated in the total area of the site.

The design took into consideration constructability, where MEP shafts and structural constraints have been considered.
